Anyone has used the Oil Cleansing method?How has your experience been with it?

oh ok. i didn't know there was a whole procedure and a name for it.
i use olive oil to remove my eye makeup. then once i have washed it i spritz it with rosewater and rub a drop of olive oil between my fingers than massage onto my face... or put it on a cotton pad a do it.

I did this for about four years,and have to admit my skin was never better.I didn't suffer any breakouts as can happen.The only reason i gave up was I went to Pakland and it was waay too hot to use oil so I just got out of the habit.Keep meaning to do it again,but so far haven't got round to it.
My skin is normal and not really prone to breakouts or spots,so I'm really lucky.
Also,I read somewhere that using hot water on your face can result in broken capillaries (sp),but so far I'm ok.mash'Allah.
I use OCM with a blend of grapeseed oil, olive oil and jojoba oil... i really like it.

How many times a week should this method be used?
