In this regard the record of communication between Wisal Ahmad (Education Nazim of Madrassa Haqqania) and the accused is part of the challan. The challan include complete recording of the accused with the Madrassa and with the Taliban commander on the mobile phone including times, phone numbers and locations.”
Since it is the PPP government proceeding with this case, have they reversed their earlier political position now? What do the supporters of the Madrassa and the Taliban have to say about the evidence?
let aside the supporter of madarsa and taliban, a lay man with little brain will tell you that it looks like a piece of crap, yeah i'm talking about the evidence... if they had all the recordings of phone calls, and knew about the plan, why did not they stop them and catch before they could execute it? plus if they had all this, what they were doing with this evidence for more than 2 years??? and why they are now suddenly ready to submit the chalan when court issued arrest warrant of the investigation officer? whats up with the names mentioned by benazir herself in her latter? and now come all the evidences along with phone recordings against none other but madarsa haqqania, lolz, who america wants pakistan to take action against (for more than last 4 years) because of their support to afghan taliban...
