Nobody in her team respected her from the start, except for "the black guy" (thank you for informing me his name is Kevin). I still think she should have been allowed to bring in Raj and the other guy into the boardroom at the end so that all three of them could have been told off, and of course, have her eventually fired. Even when they were all bashing her in the boardroom, she didn't stand up for herself. I'm also surprised she was allowed onto the show in the first place.
Project management is all about leading, facilitating and meeting your stakeholder’s needs. It seemed as if the girl had never been in the leadership role. You have to forget your own personality and play the leader…the girl was submissive and unsure. She didn’t have to come up with her ‘own’ idea really… but she should have 'led' the team in coming up with better ones. Planning and brainstorming is 80% of the project and they failed miserably at the initiation phase. Got bogged down under pressure and didn’t know where to go in the end.
On the other hand the kid from Harvard was quite impressive in his leadership skills. He lead from the front. I particularly liked it when he flat out rejected the sex appeal idea...served the bitch right!

Elizabeth had to go - she can’t make a decision but that’s not even her worst characteristic - she can’t get anyone to buy into her ideas because she doesn’t really listen to their ideas - she dismissed everything, it was pissing the team off, and she lost control of the team..yet still i love her. :love:
Andy is a sleeper to me - the other candidates think that Trump won’t hire him because he is young is just plain dumb - why on earth he would be selected in the first place is beyond my understanding…surely he doesn’t have experience but he does make good points - he did an excellent job and i totally agreed with him that they shouldn’t go with sex appeal in the ad - i thought their ad was great - and the other add was terrible
the line that was the absolute worst was “you don’t have to go to the other side of the world to be on the front line.” Why would that appeal to anyone?

Raj is a pretty boy but not as intelligent as one would have liked to see him. In the last episode he came up with a stupid military idea and in this one he went ahead and got rid of the fourth room. He could have easily won over the other crybaby project manager..Again they didn’t spend enough time on planning and assigning roles. He didn’t look prepared in the boardroom. He knew he failed. Project management has nine knowledge areas and these jack arses don’t follow even one. Heck, I do it for a living..I should be on the show! 
Raj didn't get it.. it's all about Trump.. it's his show... Raj tried to be 'honest' and 'fair' .. that's not good for ratings..
Trump's been hugely disappointed that his "take three to the boardroom" option has had zero appeal.. he's just trying too hard to make it look like a great feature.. no one is even interested.
He fired John cuz he wouldn't bring Wes in and now Raj is gone just cuz Chris said something which was actually true but Trump and that skinny witch didn't like it and wanted his head on a platter.. Raj didn't oblige so it was naturally his that was severed.
btw what's up with girls crying when under pressure.. and then u want to do a man's job.. seriously.. stay in the kitchen and use an onion instead.

Did anyone see the interview Raj did on the Today show. What a jerk ars. He talks so much that he doesn't know what he says. He was sugguesting that he wants to be in policy making and that the U.S. should get India to make it's people sign for war in Iraq, since India has such a huge population it wouldn't be a loss if they were dying, I can't believe he would say something like that. Loser.

hmm that was an alright episode, not great though.
the problem with that challenge was that they were totally at the whim of a contractor that they didn’t know anything about - In a “real life” situation real estate developers are working in towns that they know and using contractors that they trust - not just picking one based on him not having any jobs that day.
Raj still made stupid decisions - and deserved to get fired - he should have brought Chris in the boardroom when he openly talked about friction within the team - if he was so concerned about it - why didn’t he talk to his team in the first place? - PA i have to agree with Trump and Carolyn here - it doesn’t matter how bad your team is - you have to work with’em - hey they did work out with the fired contestant.
..it seems the chances of Andy winnning this competition are great - Sandy had meltdown but Andy was smart to hired family contractors - George said that he would be great to “mould” into a leader - and when he led last week he was pretty good…keep that in mind Kelly.

Well he was on a collision coarse with Trump when he opened his big mouth in the boardroom casting doubts at the teams abilitites. Trump made CHris the Project Manager for the next task and he failed miserably.
The task was to run a one day sale of Bridal items. Sandy proved to be an asset for Kelly leading his team to victory.. Chris didn't deliver as a leader or as a team player.. he was pessimistic and defeatist in his approach.. having given up hopes before even starting it.
Once again Jennifery wriggled her way out of the boardroom; Ivana and Kevin went back and Trump (grumpy as usual why Chris didn't use the "bring the third player into the boardroom option" duly fired Chris.
He had it coming.. he wasn't delivering at all except trash talking..
