PakistaniAbroad is right - Raj is a joke - he hardly manages the task and got away with a win - women are in shambles - but i guess when it finally becomes a one side game(which already is) - i think Trump will split the each team(4 men, 4 women) like in the first season he did..

In case anyone missed tHis weeks episode: QCV or whatever your shopping channel is.
they each had to pick a product and do a 12 minute spot on the shopping channel - Pamela was moved to the women's team(as leader) in an attempt to get them moving. She was very bossy and I thought tried very hard to get them to stop fighting.
The men picked a "Foremanesque" counter top grill that they sold for $72 or so.
The women sold "magic" sponges that cleaned scuffs/crayon off walls/floors for $27.99/ 30 pack.
No one mentioned this but I thought a very poor oversight in their plan was including 30 of them. If they are so great and they all last for ever why the **** do I need to buy 30 of them?
Maria was picked to do the on TV pitch but was horrible in rehearsal (blinking a lot, shaky and talking very fast) and had to be demoted to on air assitant. Blond Jen did the pitch and was very good.
The men's pitch was real good IMO and they sold only 250 units - the women over 700 - the difference in price was enough for the men to win though - total revenue, not profit, was the measuring stick - the men won by 10 bucks - like $17, 980 to $17,970 it was pretty very close.
The main problems they had with Pamela were:
she decided the price of $27 - the team felt it should have been more like $19.99 - Caroline agreed.
She declared it a tie - and George didn't like that - he said when you lose a bid you lose - it doesn't matter by how much.
she let Maria's word that she was a good speaker influence her choice of her as the pitch maker - she didn't really think about whether Maria would do a good job or make her try out for it.
in the board room The Donald just started going off and ended a sentence with "Pamela you're fired." there was no "explain to me' why you should stay - or asking people who should go - I'm really starting to question the "reality" aspect of the show though, some situations just seem set up for TV ratings...
Good episode - those who missed should watch it one of the 23 times its replayed in the next week on CNBC.

Fashion is the game today. The girls should technically win this one because they should know fashion inside and out but I have this feeling going by their track record that they are gonna lose again!
The girls won!!! They sold $22K worth of clothes vs. the guys $7K.
i see u finally get what i meant by “Raj being a joke”. 
I still think Raj is cute … although he was a total hound dog after those models. I’m glad Trump brought it up in the boardroom. Raj was totally flabbergasted.
I think it was very predictable that the girl’s team would win this task. I think they did on purpose to get some men off and even the teams out a little.
