well this is how i think the current chart is..according to my judgement of the albums.

there were a few more albums but couldnt add them, cuz chart had already reached #25.

out of all the albums...the most boring and fazool album has got to be DAUR-e-JUNOON. phir bhi i gave it a high placing.

And you in your post clearly say that these are top 25 albums! Ali Noor doesnt have an album as of yet. So how can you give it a spot in there?

listen its ali noors debut album, jo kay may mai release ho rahi hai. There are a few songs out of that album, but not OFFICIALY kya samjay...jahan tak baat rahi daur e junoon ki to i always had it, and i gave it to some guppies aswell samjay?? proof doon ftp kay saath screenshots lay kar??? patta nahi hota to baktay nahi samjay...aqal kay annay next time is tarah ki reply karni ho gi meri thread mai to zehmat na karna and now GTH.

Alibeta, the songs were for Adeel because the poor guy didn't have cable. Samajh lagii? i didn't specifically say that because i knew it'd get your dhotii in a twist.

ASN, the first person you promised daur-e-junoon, Ali_R ('samjho mil gayi'), never got the album, I had to give it to him...

Yeah Rahim Shah should defintely be at the top, somewhere in the top 5, that man knows how to make music. Plus, he's bought pushto to the pop scene -- so he does deserve a bit more honor than that low position.

dhoti in a twist? haha. I like that one.

Also, I think Fakhr-e-Alam should be bought up towards maybe like in the top ten, mainly becuz he's tried a new fusion of qawaali and pop and he's revived the urdu scene a bit in his album, which I honestly can't say for many of the other albums. It seems like everyone is jumping on the punjabi bandwagon these days to sell their material. Alas, commercialism has arrived in the Pakistani pop scene.

I agree, Rahim Shah should be in the top 5... I find his pushtu songs so good too, eventhough I hardly know pushtu.
