-fill 1/3 of your stomach with food, 1/3 with water and leave 1/3 empty
-always use moderation in eating **

Surely governments should Ban supersizing to decrease the load of obesity related diseases on the health care system.

Also I wonder why obesity has affected North America and the UK the most yet other european countries seem not to be affected even though there is increased financial abundance?
