The month of Ramadhan is at its zenith, the Muslim Ummah globally is in search of Layla tul Qadr, the Night of Power, the night about whom Allah (Subhanahu wa ta’aala) stated,
áóíúáóÉõ ÇáúÞóÏúÑö ÎóíúÑñ ãøöäú ÃóáúÝö ÔóåúÑò
“The Night of Power is better than a thousand months” [TMQ al-Qadr:3]
but despite the splendour, sanctity and sacredness of the days and night we traverse, the Western Crusade headed by America and Britain knows no bounds as it continues relentlessly in its war against the noble Islamic Ummah.
No sooner were the US elections over that we have a continuation of the slaughter of the Muslim Ummah. The US administration had remained sensitive enough to the potential domestic cost of another major offensive in Iraq to delay it until after the presidential polling day, but now it will not give a second thought to the numbers slaughtered. They will celebrate their election victory by putting Fallujah to the torch.
The onslaught against Fallujah commenced earlier today. Another chapter to add to the contemporary history of the Crusades. This time it’s the slaughter of the Muslim Ummah of Fallujah as a barrage of bombs, missiles and weapons of mass destruction are hailed down into the midst of the fasting Muslim Ummah of Fallujah.
Only time will tell how many thousands of our Muslim elderly, young, mothers, fathers, brothers, sisters and children will be slaughtered as the cowardly Muslim rulers and the world around watch with a deafening silence. A paper in the medical journal the Lancet claimed that 100,000 people have died since the invasion of Iraq.
More than 10,000 US and her puppet ‘Iraqi’ government troops are involved, backed by aircraft, tanks and artillery shelling several areas of Fallujah. ‘Big guns’ are pounding the city every few minutes with high-explosive shells. This used to be a city of 500,000 people. Now, there are about 100,000. How many will remain after this crusade is over?
Brothers and Sisters:
This is the moment when the eyes of the Muslims of Fallujah are looking towards you. Let us be the ones who are at the forefront in speaking out against this state sponsored terrorism, let us be the voices of our brothers and sisters in Fallujah and let us be amongst those who work for the true solution, the Khilafah Rashidah. Let us not be amongst those who remain silent in the face of this brutality at the behest of the heads of Kufr. Allah (Subhanahu wa ta’aala) states,
æóÇáúãõÄúãöäõæäó æóÇáúãõÄúãöäóÇÊõ ÈóÚúÖõåõãú ÃóæúáöíóÇÁ ÈóÚúÖò íóÃúãõÑõæäó ÈöÇáúãóÚúÑõæÝö æóíóäúåóæúäó Úóäö ÇáúãõäßóÑö æóíõÞöíãõæäó ÇáÕøóáÇóÉó æóíõÄúÊõæäó ÇáÒøóßóÇÉó æóíõØöíÚõæäó Çááøåó æóÑóÓõæáóåõ ÃõæúáóÜÆößó ÓóíóÑúÍóãõåõãõ Çááøåõ Åöäøó Çááøåó ÚóÒöíÒñ Íóßöíãñ
“The Believers, Men and Women, are Supporters and Protectors of one another. They command Al-Ma’ruf and forbid Al-Munkar, they perform Salat and give the Zakat, and Obey Allah and His Messenger. Allah will have his Mercy on them. Surely Allah is All-Mighty, All-Wise.” [TMQ At-Taubah: 71]
Brothers and Sisters, we the Muslim community must act to become the voices for our brothers and sisters in Iraq. Otherwise Allah (Subhanahu wa ta’aala) will account us for our complacency this Ramadhan, for failing to assist our brothers and sisters of Iraq, even though we observe the fasting and the pray. For our duty does not stop there, rather it extends towards our Ummah and requires us to not allow this slaughter to go unchallenged.
We strongly request that you undertake the following actions:
Condemn the action of the colonialists in Iraq by calling it a ‘terrorist action’, and publicly denounce this action.
Inform the Muslims that the Jihad of the Muslims of Iraq against the colonialists is legitimate and obliged by the Shariah of Allah (Subhanahu wa ta’aala)
Call upon the Imams of the Masaajids to address the subject of Fallujah as detailed above.
Recite Dua’ al-Qanoot in the Fard Salat and make dua for the Muslims of Fallujah so that Allah (Subhanahu wa ta’aala) may hear our prayers, and assist the Muslims in their time of need.
Remind the Muslims that only the Khilafah Rashidah is the solution for the problem in Fallujah and the rest of the Muslim world. Make dua’ that Allah (Subhanahu wa ta’aala) allows us to re-establish the Khilafah Rashidah soon, so that we may bring the honour and dignity to the Islamic Ummah
