On field Imran Khan was a gentleman, (maybe his own team mates might disagree) but even his vouch for his sportmanship. Younis Khan is another good one. Rahul Dravid, Sachin Tendulkar, Razzaq, Attapatu, Murali, Stephen Fleming. Well these players might have responded to some sledging or said some nasty things in the heat of the moment but overall those are all players who dont go into every game thinking how to insult the opponents.
