The next trend

Hi ladies!

I don’t live in pk however my mom is going there to visit family and shop. I want her to be able to get some clothes for us that we can utilize for the next year or so. However, I don’t want her to buy stuff that is about to go out of style. I feel like the lambi kameez/ijaar look is reallly pretty but I think it’s going to go out of style soon - its already been out for like 2years!
So my question for all you fashionistas is what is the latest style in pakistan right now and where are the fashion trends heading??

thank you!!

Re: The next trend

loooooong n long shirts...long frocks.....n wat would b after 2 years dont know :)))) fashion is always tastefull wen u catch it on time..b4 n after nothing use of it :))

Re: The next trend

hv all dresses dat r running in fashion...leave abut tomorrow....btw a normal desi dress proper shalwar kameez (typical) cannt b flopped especially in abroad...

Get the classic cut shalwar kameez made with standard length kameez.. or a churidaar that's timeless (if you can carry it off)

Re: The next trend

loooooooong kameez r too much in wth loose trousers like this

but cant say anything about next year as you know fashion changes v rapidly…
n thread work n motives are v much in
do get them…

Re: The next trend

thanks ladies!

will def be getting stuff from threads and motifs.

horizon - you'd be surprised...even though i dont live in pakistan, ppl here are alll up to date with pakistani fashion and aren't too willing to share their tips/secrets! its hard to get away with just a regular shalwar kameez

I'd actually heard that some of the high end designers that set trends are coming out with short shirts with tight pants and thats going to be the next trend in pakistani fashion! have any of you that are closer to the scene heard/seen any of this??

Re: The next trend

okkz u mst b right but ppl in many parts of euorpe r really not too much up to date...i think there is big community of desis in uk only...

Re: The next trend

i love the lambi kameez and loose trouser fashion - i don't think it will go out of fashion anytime soon!
