Did you check out PTV World’s transition to PTV world News? This was the only time I was glad that PTV is not popular among non-Paksitanis!
I dont know what the hell Kissan Time has to do on a satellie channel, showing those cow pageants with the catwalkish music in the background!
They have come up with a “News at 10”, trying to act like those BBC and CNN presenters, working ever harder to add a touch of expressions to their news bulletins, replacing the android newsreaders. But I really feel those androids were better off at news reading.
By the way, what has attrocities on Muslims in India got to do with a Lollywood show? Whats more, they have come up with programmes like India Today, and they told us in the promo that it was going to be a Pak Current Affairs Channel.

Why cant Ptv come up with a separate news channel (satellite).They do have a local ptv news channel. Ptv world itself is a mixture of numerous channels: Ptv 2, Ptv world, ptv world news, weekend world, teleworld..phew
About the cow pageants, I was refering to the way they parade guyein and bails during Kissan Time (the farmer's guide on a satellite tv!!) with music in the background which is normally played for models on the ramp...
