btw i didn't mean that i won't celebrate eid-ul-fitr as usual will be @ the mosque 1st thing in the morning, come home eat saweeeyan and that's my eid celebrated.

Junaid Jamshed has been a phenomenal personality. when he took to singing in his early twenties the entire country and later on all urdu understanding nations embraced this handsome well bred man along with his eqally charming band mates. now that he has chosen to walk the sacred way for the past few years his changed image and lifestyle, coming at a time when he was at the peak of his career and begining to be recognized as one of the all time gurus of the pakistani music scene, has undoubtedley been a tremendous source of inspiration for millions of young and old men and women alike. it isnt surprising to note that most of his die hard fans who knew him for his tom cruise looks and melodious ballad voice have not been repelled by his sudden islamization. instead, many of his fans followed their guru into discovering the spirit of Islam. his transformation has sent a wave of interest among the confused youth who are perhaps more than ever begining to feel attracted to their religion JJ style. if a pop star who was a symbol of glamour can get involved in it, there must be something there worth discovering!
all controversy over his mood swings about singing and not singing and the growth and length of facial hair aside, he is one brilliant man with great ability and gift from God to influence millions with his charisma, or personality. the mere fact that he has been able to set aside the pop lifestyle for the religous lifestyle is praiseworthy and enviable enough.
