The Interior Minister of Sindh, Mr. Zulfiqar Mirza Issues a statement the other day saying they had planned to break away from Pakistan…
This statement has not been issued by any street type leader, the guy happened to be in one of the most important positions in the province and i guess his wife is the Speaker of National Assembly…
What is he trying to say? does he mean that he have no patriotism and all his loyalty belongs to a person or two…? Does this kind of leadership can do any good for the people of Sindh or Pakistan?
Is this the best PPP got? Is there any action taken against him? if yes, then what it is, or it is just another show-of-extreme stupidity by the PPP… last but not least, is this what PPP is upto, they have already got blood on their hand, their leadership was activley involved in breaking Pakistan back in 1971, are they upto the task again? In those time ZAB use to say that He’ll break the legs of anyone who goes to East Pakistan for re-concilation with Mujeeb, Today, the Jiyalas and the president + Co-Chairman is in same tone, they are either threating to break legs or shall takeout the eyes of anyone who will endanger the democracy ( which according to them means “PPP is in Govt”"
Any Jiyalas here to say some words on Dr. Zulfiqar Mirza’s statement?
We did not vote for him, he is president, and by his act he has shown that is nothing more than chairman of a political party ( where he is not even selected, but inherited, i don't if any other democracy in the world can produce such example)...
The simple thing is we should have the heart to tolerate a Sindhi or for that matter a Bangali, or Baluch in position of power...From Shiekh Mujib to Bhuttos to Zaradari to Altaf Hussain to Wali Khan to Akhthar Mengal, etc. we are blaming others for treason whereas the fact is our narrow and fascist mindset itself is the greatest threat to the integrity of Pakistan...
^^ Tolerating someone's view is something, nabbing someone on corruption and criminal charges is another thing, This guy is talking about breaking Pakistan and that is because his leadership is corrupt and because of this very reason it is under criticism, for me anyone can be president or prime minister, but he should be sincere to the country and not to his family bank accounts abroad
The real reason for this out burst to break Pakistan was summed up like this:

Let’s not confuse the matter with ethnic/provincial rights… and keep the record straight..
I agree with you that we should have the heart to tolerate a Sindhi… but we should not become shame less to tolerate the corruption. We should not tolerate black mailing against the judiciary if they take action against the corruption of a Sindhi, Punjabi, milititary General, a pious mullah or who-so-ever..
I was quite shocked to read this yesterday, this is the reason i sometimes lose hope and want to stop worrying about Pakistan but i am too patriotic to do that. We have people like Dr Zulfiqar Mirza who proudly reveal that they had plans to break up Pakistan, hijack planes etc etc just because their leader was killed by some terrorists??? These kind of animals should deserve to be locked behind the bars but then we will see people burning the whole country down because an innocent (on the basis of his ethnic background) is arrested.
Unfortunately Sharif is too busy taking revenge from Musharaff otherwise this nutcase Mirza should be asked to explain his comments in front of whole country. We have people who claim that it’s their right to be corrupt and then get caught with prostitues but people still support them because they belong to their favourite party. Now we have a m***n who thinks it’s ok to hijack planes and break the country because his favourite leader was killed by people who are killing people from every corner of the country.
