This is the Building Situatied in a Round About.. called..
CHAR RAHI-e-Haji Yaqoob… in Shahr-e-Naw
Sahahre Naw is like the Heart of KABUL… the main Area.
The Building is not Yet in Working Condition, still much to go 
HABIB BANK of PAKISTAN is Just at the Front of this Bhuilding …
And.. this is not the only Building like this in Kabul… lots more… under construction …
Nice to see them rebuilding… I really think they are going places now… Only need to control those warlords now and their all set.

Its not KUFFAR who is Building all this... Its AFGHAN ppl... Almost all the Buildings Belongs to the WAR LORDS... And they call themselves LOYAL AFGHANS...
