YUP!!!!!
Haven't had the four cheese one.....but I do enjoy the spinach and artichoke souffle they have.
Also, the cafe at Barnes and Noble serves a really nice spinach and artichoke quiche. It's lighter though....so I like it just a little bit better than the Panera souffles.

Must try the Barnes and Nobles quiche…because the one at Panera is REALLY REALLY good but a little heavy at times.

Agree. The Panera egg souffle is heavy…which is why I like one at Barnes and Noble more because it’s lighter.
I like their breakfast sandwich. It’s simple and light. I love the ciabatta bread that they use…and it’s toasted, so it has a nice crunch to it. It includes a scrambled egg and Vermont cheddar cheese. It’s not huge either.
