The Plot
Taking its lead from Batman Begins, Casino Royale is a “reboot” of the franchise, taking Bond back to his rougher roots and focusiing less on gadgetry. Main Villian Le Chiffre runs a texas Holdem poler game and uses the profits to fund suicide bombers.
No tux?
Director Martin campbell say that bond is esentially starting his career and has just become a part of the double-0 section. fresh out of the SAS, bond reportedly has none of the cool he’ll later acquire. Just the opposite, in fact he is arrogant and impatient, which will ultimately cost him a lot more then a few rounds of poker. New bond Daniel craig revealed that Bond wont be wearing the trademark tuxedo for the first time since 1973`s live and let die.
The Car
Bond will drive an Aston Martin DBS, not a V8 Vantage as previously claimed. No shots of the car exist yet only a sketch.. but its up and runing.
Where`s Q?
The hardware Guru was not included in the october 2005 script and didnt appear in the orignal novel eitherso dont expect him. Miss money penny will also be absent for the first time, dropped because she only briefly mentioned in the book.
