what the hell. I called up and tried to order and they told me since I have dish 500, it is not possible for me to subscribe.

^ I think they made a mistake. I have Dish 500 as well, and I subscribed to it without a problem. I am assuming you already have a dish pointed towards desi channel satellite (where you get Prime, Geo, ARY etc). I think Musik channel also uses the same satellite and not the satellite for usual American fare (like most people, I have two dishes pointed to two different satellites/transponders). If you only get American channels then you may not be able to subscribe to Musik.

Dish 500 means you have dual system of 110+119 but in order to get the muzik you have to have another dish pointed at either 61.5 or 148. if you ask for free installation and they wanna charge you just be like i wanna go to directv i been a loyal customer with you guys but i will go with directv Trust me 99% chances of getting a Free installation and equipment :):)

BTW I've been hooked on The Musik and QTV since they've arrived, I actually like the fact that they're focused on one thing instead of the try your luck approach
