It needs to be more organised, collect all the pictures in this thread, set a closing date for the submissions and then after everyone who wants to participate has sent their pictures put them together in another thread and get people to start voting.
Like it is at present people will vote and then if they see someone they think is better they’ll want to re-vote which will mess things up.

this thread was one of my very first threads on GS
and at that time i didn't know much abt the pshche of ppl here
abb to bohat kuch pata chal gaya hay :) lol
aap ki suggestion sahee hay laikin iss tarah se 2 threads main !!! wouldn't it be very difficult for me to manage aur replies kernay waloon ko bhi prob ho ga iss tarah unn ka interest nahin rahay ga thread main
and u have seen many senior male guppies who have replied to the thread even they haven't posted their pics. they want this thread more for Cafe type fun rather than a little competition
and the few pics. which have been posted so far ... r providing enough fun
well i dont mind it at all

but Bro its not my routine
its just cause these days i am free , noting to do , no university , no nothing, so thats why i am giving much more time to net than usual
and even these days i just use it in the nights ... the whole day long i have many other things to do .... like my dad's business... some times i go to see whats goin on in the office and many other things
so i think i do have a life :)
