^ Ew I can’t stand ojahri either yet my MIL loves making it - I have seen how she cleans it even and its gross as it looks like a dirty floor wash cloth before its cut!! That dish just really *really *disturbs me! Lol.
I find turkey so hard to digest…if I have to have it at xmas parties (work organises halal food for muslims!) I have to soak the turkey in gravy so I can swallow it!!
