you’ve completely missed my point- if you are someone who’s just dying to be rich, then your non-rich qismat is going to seem buri qismat to you, isn’t it?? all i’m saying is, it IS qismat how wealthy you are- Allah decides that before you are even born- so no, its not all about them wasting their money and showing off and blah blah blah. its their qismat that they happened to be so rich and could throw such a lavish wedding. me? i was also commenting on your comment of “no wonder poor people die early” which is a ridiculous thing to say, frankly. how and when you die and in what state are also all qismat as well. maybe your chances of living a healthier life are higher if you can afford 3 meals a day but then plenty of people who do eat 3 meals a die, die of heart attacks too. saying poor people die early because there are rich people in this world who spend $1.5 million on wedding is ridiculous!
