Disregarding number of wickets, efficiency, performance and other quantitive and qualitive measurements, I think Allan Donals has the smoothest and the most beautiful bowling action among all current fast bowlders.
What do you guys think?
White Lightning has a great action, as does Brett Lee. There are similarities in there arm positions at the point of delivery.
Shoiab and Waqar both that the classical majestic bowling action associated with fast bowling. The leap and twisted back resulting in that springing foward into delivery. Mohammed Akram's action was beautiful to watch, likened to Holding (which was simply perfect from what I've seen on tape/archive ect).
There the best around for my money, in no particular order Shoaib, Brett, Donald, Waqar, Akram (M).

Waqars bowling action was the best, and also Imran had a pretty good one as well...
waqar tops all the current and past bowlers!!!
he has one of the preeminent and striking actions of all timee...he is just simply the besttttttttttt!!!
well along him i thinkkk i will put akram and donald as others suggested but i still remember this guy from newzeland hmmm dont know his right name spelling but i think it was deni morison he was kind of short but quick though and he was hit pretty badly by inzmam in the semi final!!

i luved ian bishop's, imranz, and malcolm marshell's action they all had their own unique styles hmm and certainly very exciting to watch!!

I think Wasim Akram has the best bowling action I have ever seen.
Simply the best.
Not that is so effective but also an entertaining one as well.
Such a short runup and with an extremely fast arm action can generate such speed still confuses me and the oppostion batsman.
I also liked to watch the bowling style of Small from England.
It was so funny.
The guy had a short neck and when he ran to deliver it was too funny.
Imran Khan also had a good looking action.
Waqar is OK.
The most boring action was of Courtney Walsh!
Imran had the best action, too catchy. Cant get it outa my head.

Imran;s action was a sight for the Gods by all accounts. Its a work of art, beautiful. He is the greatest Pakisdtani of alltime.
Mushtaqs action was pretty similar to Qadirs…
The weirdest bowling action??? I would say Ijaz Ahmed, his hand moved at a horizontal angle rather than vertical

Imran was a beauty to watch, piercing the air, approacing the wickets, such grace man. Yep, I still remember that. I also liked Michael Holdings
action as well - smooth yet deadly.
For me Wasim Akram's bowling action is best .....
Undoubtedly the sweetest bowling action ever.
