Re: The most craziest abroad!
My older brother used to tell story of one of his friend who came to USA and went to have dinner in one of NY restaurant. Not not desi restaurant Some American Chain kind.
So he saw a black waiter and called him like this: " Oye Khotay Day Puttar , Come here" . Thinking that this waiter is African American.
The waiter rushed to the table very upset and all ready to jump on him saying " Chee Ray, Um Bhee Karachi Say hoon , gali kiss ko dia ? "
He was a Makrani from Karachi. But after that incident they became very close friends.
I am still alive .. :D

Craziest was walking on the seabed in Maurituis in 2007...that was amazing!
Whenever we go on holiday, we have to take part in challenging activities...climbing Jebel Musa is another one...
Insert typical Pakistani new arrival to West story involving blondes, beaches and bars.

Re: The most craziest abroad!
The first was eating Octopus in a Greek Island. So there was a big sea-food dinner and we were handed out the chronological order of things to be served. We tried to watch out for the Octopus, but somehow messed the order of things and ended up tasting it. Ewww!
The second, I would have to say walking 3kms barefoot on a hot road. I had taken a jet ski with some friends in a group in south France, but what I didn't know was that the ski was supposed to start from one point, but end at another. They had asked us to take off our bags etc including phones and even shoes. So happily, I put everything on the beach and started the ski. When it ended, I was out of water on the sand and with NO shoes.

Re: The most craziest abroad!
Craziest thing was driving all over Turkey in the most remote parts where NO ONE spoke English while the wife was 15 weeks pregnant and I had a dislocated knee cap. We had a blast, hung out with locals and drank tea with them, smoked with them, not a lick of English, all gestural communication. We trekked around some of the most remote areas in Turkey with nary but a backpack in this condition, it was probably one of the most awesome experiences ever.
Weirdest food, hmmm, would have to be crocodile in Kenya. blech

Eating barbecued squid in Bangkok all with its fingers.
