career and academics. share your thoughts as to why it is so spiffy clean?

Here is my thought on careers and academics. When your in your mid thirty's to mid forty's, you are frowned down upon if you choose to change your career or go back to college to further your education. Too many times society gets stuck on what they view as proper and become way too judgmental.
good question.. i think that its deserted here because most students who log in to gs are not looking to discuss careers and academics, rather they’re more interested in ‘gupshupping’. you know, as a means of getting away from the books for a while. 
this is just my personal perspective. not sure if it’s entirely true.

both of you are right, in each instance. but it is fo the individual to put forth all the effort in doing what is best for one's career ambition. Outside impediments or as the fate might have it otherwise, is all a test by Almighty. :>
