I never thought I’d ever be able to gain access to the Mods forum, but miracles happen, yea?
So, I thought I’d give you all a bit of an overview of what the Mod forum is like.
There’s this beautiful border of roses surrounding the pages - handmade, courtesy of Gizzy. If you lean close to your monitor, you can even smell a hint of fresh cut roses.
Just as you all suspected, Jonybr IS the chai wala. He doesn’t do very much in the Mod forum. He basically just pushes around this stupid cart and asks everyone if they want a sandwhich/chai/soda. I even heard talk of ehsan mamoe thinking about making him wear a PIA hostess uniform, with the duputta halfway off his head and all.
For Ramadan, we’ve got these gorgeous twinkly lights around the banner, and every time you click a link, they go crazy and blink rapidly. I’m telling you, it’s ecstacy. (I saw Golden Scorpion setting up the lights and he fell off the ladder. It was freakin hilarious)
Your mouse pointer turns to a lota and whenever you hover over a link, it tips over and paani comes out. It’s actually pretty cool.
If you turn up your speakers, there’s this harmonious dholki beat in the background. It sounds as if you’re standing right at a shaadi in Pakistan itself. mmmmmmm
Located at the bottom of the main forum page, there is a series of boxes in which you can view each mods webcam. One time I saw Shikra pick his nose - he thought no one was watching.
On the left side, there is a module with two columns. One side is labeled “Achay Members”, while the other says “Shaitaani Members”. We have everyone accounted for, and those that remain on the “Achay Members” list until Eid day, get Eidi! (I think this was a wonderful idea. Maddy thought it up, that genius!)
There’s a number of comfy couches with scented pillows lined up on the sides, for those Mods that have come in from a hard days of work of locking and merging numerous threads. (You’ll usually see Shikra as the most exhaughsted out of any of us. We tell him to calm down with the locking and merging, but he refuses to listen. He’s a monster, I tell you!)
So, there you have it, folks.
It is the one forum where phatima1 does not write in pink (atleast, whenever she remembers not to)…
Ur Angel - Sorry to let you down, but Gizzy is the one in charge of "The List". I must've looked at one of the charts that hadn't been updated. Meaning you somehow got moved to the Shaitaani Member's list. Gizzy, what exactly did she do?
