by sephora or any brand. how can it be used without the face lookin like a disco ball? i didn’t bother looking for an old thread about it b/c i’m too lazy to do that
when i was searching about it in google, it said that if you don’t know what you’re doing in terms of makeup application it’s best not to use it. do any of you use it?
Bobbi Brown shimmer bricks or MAC mineralized skin finish in Soft and Gentle. I use it for highlighing my cheekbones, temples, down my nose and chin to give me a glow.

does that product by bobbi brown have the same effect as the mineral brigthening powder that sephora has?
so it's just used for highlighting certain parts of the face and should not be used like other pressed powder?
you can tell i'm clueless, i just use at most foundation and eye makeup, i've never really had the need to use pressed powder
If you're looking for that shine but NOT sparkley look... You know like a nice glow, then yeah it will work that way. The best way is to apply it with a blush brush to your temples, cheek bones, bridge of nose and chin (where the light hits first) to create that glow. Always start off with a light hand and then add more if you feel like you need more. The two things I mentioned should definitely NOT be used as regular pressed powder.
