The Military Diet

How to Lose Up To 10 Pounds In 3 Days On The 3-Day Diet! (Three Day, Military Diet)

Anyone try or plan on trying it out?

Re: The Military Diet

I'd be careful of these 'military' style diets. Losing 4.5kg in 3 days is unhealthy!

I still find it rather amusing that people just don't eat better and exercise more which is the best method of reducing to maintaining your weight. It should be taken progressively otherwise you'll just take a path that may cause further problems.

Re: The Military Diet

I’ve tried 7 day diet, not this one… but I guess it won’t do any harm just do it once a month/few months or for any special occasion

Re: The Military Diet

I'm ashamed to say that I have tried this diet. :o

This was many many years back......and tried it out a week before a big event. Personally for me, it worked. I didn't lose 10 pounds but I lost a decent amount (6 or 7), which was more than enough for me.

Do I recommend it? No. Seriously it is not worth it and really unhealthy in the long run. Also you have to follow it almost exactly to get the results.

Like CEO1 said just eat healthy and exercise, you will see results- BELIEVE ME. Eat right and the pounds will drop off.

Heck in the beginning eat whatever you want-just portion control it. I'm a huge foodie. I LOVE food, and not just any food-I particularly enjoy the fattiest of the fattiest foods. When I first started I ate whatever I wanted but made sure not to exceed my calorie count for the day. You (like me) will learn fast that the healthier you eat---the more you get to eat!

But yeah I'm going off track, I'll just leave you with:

ideally---> Don't do it

realistically---> if you want to just try it out one time before an event or something, meh go ahead but this isn't going to work as a long term weight loss diet

Re: The Military Diet

Yes i did this too many years ago and i also lost weight, not the amount that is claimed, however i did not have a lot to lose anyway, but guess what??? all the weight lost came back again within a few days :bummer: so not much point tbh.

like some have already mentioned, just eat healthy, control your portions and remain fit

Re: The Military Diet

This diet looks interesting as I love vanilla ice-cream and peanut butter! :D
