I was curious to know if you guys (over 30) get your physicals done in a timely manner. Are you punctual about it?. I am sure there are some who have never done it. I think it is very crucial for men to get their physicals done at least annualy to detect diseases in early stages. You should definitely get your diabetes checked. Also, testicle cancer can develop in the 30’s and it is very easy to cure if detect early. The test is not intrusive at all - just a hand squeeze.
Also, do you have female or male doctors?
I got my last physical done about a year ago. I was asked to lower my ‘bad cholestrol’ levels by reducing intake of eggs and exercizing more. I didn’t follow either.
I still have a few years left before I get worried about it
I think I’ve had my physical done Actually I had a surgery (of bladder) in 2002 and they checked testicals and all that before that surgery to see if I had any STD’s or anything. The doctor was a female so it was hard to resist during the check-up but I managed it She’s the one who did the actual surgery

This coming from a woman(in general...not you) who has to be subjected to annual checkups and breast exams, some how it does not seem so funny now, does it?

The doc starts getting more 'touchy feely' and intrusive when u're over 40.. till then it's only cholestrol you gotta watch out for..
