A very damning verdict by the memo commission indeed.
It has clearly said that Haqqani is the architect of the memo and he violated the constitution. This will obviously be contested by the PPP. I doubt Haqqani will care or try to defend himself. He has escaped to the US, and will remain there under US protection. Funny how the americans and british continue to harbor all of our corrupt politicians and murderers and looters and thugs, yet they have the nerve to tell Pakistan to do more.

It depends on whether the Government’s official stance and request.

When has the Government demanded that the convicted murdered per the Supreme Court of Pakistan, Altaf Hussain be extradited officially? The only instance I can remember when we did that was when Admiral Mansur-ul-Haq was put on trial and the US sent him back to Pakistan upon request.
