I used to have an addiction to steak and quarter pounders.. I would have one or the other every single day..

Haven't done in agess now but I do eat chicken most days.. My weight has dropped and is stable at 49/50kg (I was at 59/60 before) and I feel much healthier..

I used to love meat, now i am avoiding red meat totally, chicken a few times a month..i'm eating more lentils, beans, veg and fish. It's helped me lose weight...i am too freaked out since the horse meat scandal and other stuff to eat it as regularly as i did and when I do, i find it so heavy and rich.

I've been eating meat almost everyday for the past 3 months :(. Haven't gained weight, but I'm pretty sure it's not good for my cholesterol.

I prefer Chicken, Fish, Lamb over red meat any-day. I used to eat it quite frequently and now its like once a week.

I've increased my intake of veg and lentils. Feel healthier.

BUT i do love my T-bone Steak. Lol

Omg I love love love meat. I would eat beef ribs and T-bone steaks everyday if I could. I obviously don't, but dang...do I love meat. We eat some sort of meat (lamb, beef or chicken) probably 3-4 times a week. Fish like 1 or 2 times a month.

I usually eat meat x2 and week but in a large quantity. Health wise you should eat meat everyday around the size of your hand i think i read it on the NHS website. Replace meat with mushrooms which taste meaty or cook vegetarian meals like a vegetable bake try not to cook dishes that usually contain meat without the meat cause it will probably taste not as nice and you may feel like your missing out.
But to be honest women need more iron than men so dont cut your meat drastically :)
