Just started playing this game over the weekend, and had a blast! I’m a huuuuuge Matrix fan, and love the movie enough to know all the scenes and lines, and really got a kick out of re-living the movie by playing it.
So yes, you finally get to play Neo, and get to do all his funky action moves, dodge bullets and jump off walls. There are levels that are not from the movie (like an extended training program so you can learn all of Neo’s moves, and an extension of the group’s escape from the agents after seeing the oracle) but the actually “movie” stages really do feel like the movie. Example - Neo and Trinity entering the building to rescue Morpheus was arguably the coolest segment in the movie(s), and the video game stage did not disappoint - I can literally pull off all the moves that they do in the movie!
But yah if you like the movie you’ll love the game. I haven’t played that one with Niobe but I’m sure this one is way better.
i think path of neo makes the game better in a way because neo is supposed 2 do nearly all the fighting, but in the first one its ghost and that other girl.....forgott her name and they r hardly in the film
