^ True but the role of ISI and MI in rigging polls is not a hidden secret. The public is well aware of it although it's the first time that someone from ISI has actually admitted it. Even in this poll there was some rigging at certain polling stations but rigging on that scale is perhaps to be expected in every poll and even happens in Western democracies.
