Although people told us we were crazy, we took our 3 young boyz last summer on a road trip from New York to Utah, Wyoming, South Dakota and Colorado and back. It was 3 days to get out west and 3 days to get home, we had 2 weeks in between to see sights and enjoy.
It was hands down the best trip I EVER had! The boys are still talking about it. I made each boy a photo album that each one keeps on their bed. We saw the most amazing things and we had the most amazing time.
Thank goodnessgracious we took the trip before gas prices went all to heck!

I wont include the ones that I did in the US because they were a piece of cake, but we went all the way up to Kashgar China from Islamabad in the 90s! It was an adventurous trip indeed! Amazing scenery throughout the drive! We also get to see the mighty river Indus gushing throughout the way, like a companion! Gilgit, Hunza, Khyber Pass, Fairy Meadows, and the wonderful people all the way up to Kasghar made it the best trip of my life.
