Even 786 has no burkat. People avoided writing Bismillah at the begining of a letter because a piece of mail goes thorugh so much of mishandling and thus wanted to avoid be-adaabee.
They started writing 786 for the reciever so when you recieve my letter, you see 786 and start reading my letter with bismillah

not quite true because if you keep moving up by schmoozing, at some point even if yiu fall you dont fall all the way down. Next people make lateral and diagonal moves, in and out of the company.
lets say you are completely incompetent but have schmoozed enough tio be a director, and then u have the benefit if learning curve, some bad results, blame game, misdirection and by the time you are in the crosshair you bail, and start as director at a diff place..
plus..usually ppl who move you up because you are a good schmoozer will not toss you away unless you are making them look bad.
