I guess it’s a combination. Someone who can make you laugh + offers some sort of stability…perhaps the aura of “he’s capable and he can make good decisions.”

when I said 'make girls laugh', I was implying (or trying to imply) that all other neccessary qualities (education, good family, caring attitude) are already there.
so here is what I mean. If you have 5 eligible bachelors in your social circle, chances are good that you will develop a crush on one of them with a good sense of humor or one that you are kind of afraid of to interact with (because of his strong personality)

Well, its been a while since I had a crush to be honest. I do like people but its generally very mild and the last time I had a crush would have to be a good 4 years ago.
But molding them isnt it. I dont want to change them. Im against that philosophy…period.
I want to know if there is more to them than what I see. A person like that would make me curious. For instance, some people come across as just plain boring but once you get to know them you see a sense of humor or their wit or something else.

My personal experience is that Girls tend to like witty guys more than anything else. They dont like clowns and they dont like changiz khan and when I am saying "they", that means most of them and not all.

I dont think it takes that much to figure out if you think the person you're talking to has potential. Your relationship doesnt need to be on the marriage level.

Thats different. Thats him reacting to a situation he is in…same thing a girl goes through when she has to live with inlaws. Just because she is frustrated doesnt mean she is no longer the same person…does it?
As for the evil MIL…not saying all are evil but there are enough out there to scare the daylights out of girls.
