I usually listen to music while working. It is not as much as for the fun in music but to get away from my co-workers. Mostly I don’t pay attention but sometimes when I do, it seems all songs have such vulgar & sometimes stupid lyrics that I start missing my gazals. But I can’t listen to gazals while working cos then I will be paying attention to them & not work.
Anyway, here are a couple of examples, this new song with a really good beat from Nickelback goes something like this ‘I like your pants around your feet’ 
… and a rap song that the singer is so proud of being a pimp or something.
I know what you are talking about! that nickelback song is just plain stupid! it makes no sense what so ever. first he goes i like blah blah, and then in the end just as plainly switches to i hate blah blah. i mean, what is that all about! just very very stupid. but there are some good songs out there. for example The Reason by Hobbastank, or the one by Lost Prophets. that is good too. i think the title is “never fall in love” or something like that.
