This an app where you scan in your little cards that hang in your keychain and use them instead of the physical cards. (Mods, please feel free to merge this thread as needed)
My review:
Love it! I have 4 commonly used cards scanned in at this point:
LA Fitness
Fred Meyer (our grocery store)
Albertsons (Pharmacy & groceries)
Rite-Aid
Will be adding my library card and a couple others now.
The scanning was very easy. You just place the barcode under the camera and the app automatically scans it in. Then you select the company this card belongs to from their list. All of the above were there, and if they aren’t, you can add your own.
Once the card is on your app, you can set it up to receive auto notifications for coupons and deals. I just got a whole bunch today!! And you can just scan your card at the check in/cash register right from your phone instead of the actual card. It works real well.
I like it because:
- I have a lighter keychain.
- If I’m out of town and I don’t have my keychain with me but I need to go workout or buy something from any of my usual stores, I have all the cards on my phone.
- I get automatic notifications on deals.
- You can get nearby locations of the retailers you’ve added, go on their website right from that app, get news and updates and call.
- If the card doesn’t scan, you’ll still get the discounts as your card number/details are on.
- It’s so darn cool!
Any want to add, please share. Also, if you have experience with any other similar apps, anything to look out for, etc…please share.
