The Judgment

Re: |“”

Yup, petitions against CJ were also dismissed on “technical” grounds, not merit and it’s been more than 2 months and no full court judgement yet. Anti-Musharraf people will clutch at as many straws that they find, but the SC judgement has left them shell shocked.

Re: |""

sir..i have written it un popular...:)

Re: |""

hmmmm...nice point....you bring door kee kauri...but worth considering....as once he took his uniform ..after 15 november...immediately..the rue of not taking part in politics within 2 yeras ..will become alive on him....i think....

Re: |“”

Sir..by emergency..the NA is entened by 1 year..mean 1 more year without election…

and dissolution was also opti in presendial house in these days..and have martial law for 6 months…

when constitutional majicians are sitting there ..you can expect anything…

Re: |""

Sir, you said Dissolution of Assemly and extending them to 1 more year.

You got your facts and termonilogy all mixed up. I know this is a pretty trying time on you, so I will accept you are a bit mixed up at the moment. :)

Re: |""

Was reading comments on BBC website about the decision. And have to admit that Pakistanis have amazing sense of humour. One guy puts it like this

"Sadey mulk diyaaN moujaaN hi moujaaN
Jiddar wekho foujaaN hi foujaaN"

Another

"Judiciary azaad ho chukio hai....constitution sey"

Re: The Judgment

divine light, u'll have to come up with a better thread title next time, or your threads will be closed.

Re: The Judgment

Its not as complex as some people are making it (for the betterment of pakistan etc etc)

Why is it so hard to understand that correct forum for the petition was the election commission to disqualify any candidate and Mauhtaram Qazi shaab and beloved Immi Bhai should have used the proper channel but they didn't and SC thrown out the petition.

Its just like a hockey or cricket team pretesting in SC and not in front of protest committee (or organizing committee) of the tournament if they have some issue. What do you think SC will do? Now you can trash my argument by saying "its not game yee 16 coror logoon ka mamla hai" or you can think and accept it after all many complex wonders based on simple law of gravity and Archimedes Principle.

Yeh Mera Pakistan Hai:

Must read.

Re: The Judgment

It's also hard for die hard CJ supporters to accept they were duped by their hero's. The CJ was only interested in getting his job back, and after that he didn't care about anyone else. Same with the judges. It's I'm sure extemely painful for CJ supporters to accept, but c'est la vie! :)

Re: The Judgment

^ Bhaijan, Free Judiciary has spoken. It was Free when it gave verdict on CJ case, and it is Free now.

But some believe that judiciary is only Free if it only gives decision against the govt.. So basically, they don't want a Free Judiciary, they want a Biased Judiciary.

Re: |""

i think this sher is of syed zameer jafri(late)...not sure...

Oh sorry..actually..i was wrting after some punctions coments and quotes..suddenly...thread submitting thread button was clicked mistakenly...i tried later to change it..but it was not changed....

If CJ had sit in the bench..you would have said that..its not justice and CJ is biased..when he is ouut..even then you are blammimg him..grow up man...:)

sir..they are ging again in SC against Electoin Comission...:)

Re: The Judgment

what a brave man is this...my salute to him....

Justice Rana Bhagwandas said in SZABIST in a ceremony that....

I consider President dual office law totally against the Constitution and i decided my own verdict according to my consciencse....

He is ..no doubt..one of the gretest judicial figure of pakistan history..salute agian....

he never speak publicly but this time...told the whole nation..about his wonderful decision..he is reall GREAT....

Re: |""

haha! true man, pakistanis DO have amazing sense of humour, especially if you see some of the debates on youtube!

Re: The Judgment

Justice Das never speaks publicly even in the court .he usually des not give any comments...he truly is a pictute of this world known quote...

a judge speaks by his decisons....

but at SZABIST..he broke the lock..and first time made a public stement about a particular case

this shows ...how much he is concerned about te shear breakingf of the law by the Musharraf....

Re: The Judgment

Re: The Judgment

i think..a full court will be established against the Election Comissioner of accepting Musharraf papers...may be again CJ will side hmself from the bench..and may be agin brave Justice Das will chair it.....
