Looking for Web Designer who can design Websites and ensure that they are visually effective and easy to access.
Ability to hand code html/css

Responsible for getting business through difference online portals (Elance, oDesk, Freelancer etc) for IT services like application development, web based projects and multimedia projects.
Experience with Lead generation, drafting of proposals, client interaction, negotiation, follow ups and also coordinate with technical team.

Salary struce will include a minimum fixed pay with a bonus package.

Min 2 year development experience in magento.

Would appreciate leads on any open jobs / great companies to work with in Karachi for at least around a 100k payscale. He's a generalist but would love to work in Ruby on Rails.

if he is not desperate to get job ask him to increase the pay scale. Payscale of 100k is not that good for some one who has experiance and IT sector paying good salaries offlate.
I think his ideal salary expectation based on his previous salary would be above 150k. I added in that bit as a minimum cut off because in my experience IT companies here end up offering 70k to people my age and think that's generous. It is ridiculous how little they're willing to pay compared to what they make off outsourcing work. My friend is pretty young with 3+ years of on-paper experience but he is outstanding compared to the local talent and expects to be compensated accordingly.

We are looking to hire an **intern **to help us design and produce prototypes for our new line. This is a flexible position where you can pick your own hours and mostly work from home, but there will be weekly meetings (2 meetings a week) until we finish this project. Position starts as an **internship **but could lead to a full-time position with our company.
