Fortunately, I was able to get this book today as I work for the publisher who has published it (Simon and Schuster). Seems like an interesting read. One should really see the map on the front inside cover. Or a small version is available at http://www.prayersfortheassassin.com/. It shows North-Western United States under Islamic rule. Thught, most my friends at work disagree, but I am up for it 
. I will post more once I finish reading this book.
