What cooperation? Pasha and Kiyani showed their incompetence in protecting Pakistani sovereignty and from the US perspective, played a double game. For once, the view of the nationalists and the US government are aligned, Kiyani and Pasha need to go.

I am not blaming the ISI/Pakistani armed forces, just the corrupt and impotent leadership.

if they don’t play double games (from US prospective), what do you suggest they should do? either surrender to them or confront them??? which way you suggest, a short one liner would be enough
