but the thing is people's views are what's seen in the news, remember couple years back there was huge thing on tv where they would show how phones are stolen and stuff. so maybe she is talking about that.

Did you also know that when apple won their case against Samsung on patents. Samsung gave them all money in nickels. ha! apple Got burned.
A trip to the Apple Store
So I was at the Apple Store a little while ago.
Got to see the new iPhone 5.
My reviews:
- The phone is incredibly light weight
- The black one looks like my kids play phone
- The white one is sleek looking
- Nothing exciting or new about the display
- Just a little longer than the 4S
Other than the weight, it was nothing spectacular. Pictures taken by my S3 (and a whole bunch of folks in the store were looking at my S3, no kidding 
)
Meanwhile, the MacBook Pro with retina display 
. What a beauty!

I feel robbed. Why is the iPhone 5 so crap technically compared to the S3.

^^ It's not "so crap" but it is definitely missing some awesome features we have on the S3, biggest one being NFC. I hear their maps aren't that great either.

Apple are all talk. All marketing. In comparison it certainly lacks huge amount of things! I love the S3 just don't like the size/design.

My testimonial is coming soon :) ...but for me the performance of devices analyzed by non sponsored/non partisan websites is definitely a factor in making decisions too:)
But before I went into detailed comparison at AnandTech, I was expecting stiffer competition from S3 specially for example take the case of resolution into account and the iPhone 5 is actually faster than the new iPad followed by HTC One.
