confused… but isn’t every company’s business strategy is maximizing shareholder’s wealth?..and that has positive and direct correlation with volume of sales?..if the company is not paying attention to customer convenience then sales would decrease hence minimized shareholders wealth…resulting in investor pulling out of that company…tumbling stocks…and finally default by company…and company gone.
I do not see any of that happening anytime soon…
