The interview will be different from person to person, it may take several PM conversations to complete it and I do not intend to only cover the fun part. Guppies who do not wish to share somewhat personal thoughts/feelings etc are NOT encouraged to contact me. Neither those who reply questions with ‘I don’t know’… ‘whatever’ etc. Please save yours and my time.
Some of the questions may need a little thinking before you can reply and I will be expecting a complete thought, not few words of yes or no. And as I mentioned the process may included several PM conversations that means its going to take time.
Guppies with IQ level less than 100 need not to PM me for an interview. If you are art student/professional and do not know who Pablo Picasso was please don’t bother, or if you are related to Computers and don’t know terms such as AJAX, OOP, Assembly etc please save your PMs. You get the Idea.
