• Stopping aggressively the population terrible growth- now how to achieve; the government instead of spending billions on advertisements or other cosmetic measures, those who are in helm of affairs of the state must divert by far the requisite funds - and Zakat fund particularly may be utilized for this national & noble cause - and that is to say that government must take the responsibility in toto of every poor family kid’s education, brought up and job, provided the family give up giving birth any more.• Taking brutal action against the private armies & for the recovery of weaponry from the public -and simultaneously distributing among the whole population simply home made shotgun, one each - and all other kind of arms must be outlawed.• Outlawing brutally all the region-based (viz MQM, PQP etc) or sect-based (viz TNFJ, Sunny Tehrik, etc) outfits.• Abolishing the feudalism harshly once and for all. And establish effective think tanks in re each walk of life.• Coming never ever in the death trap of Hindu friendship - but I don’t mean to wag war or they be turned hostile. And not to grant concessions on Kashmir any more.• Converting all the tribal areas in the settled areas with extra funds for the quick uplift of the people.• Replacing the present provinces by the present 22 divisions as new provinces.• Replacing the present diverging education systems into one & uniform education system - wherein one must have option to become Mullah/Imam even - after doing MA in Islamyat (special course) and appointing such a alumni only as Imam of every Mosque. And no one, save a qualified one has a right to become a Mullah/Imam of any Mosque. I mean uniformity in education, legal status of citizens, in regions and other systems.• The present coeducation be replaced by separate education – and there must be every chance and opportunity of doing PhD in each faculty for the females and they be given every freedom of sports etc - and they be let to do whatever they like in their own spheres & separate education institutions. (this will stop reaction in the clerics)• Decrease in the lavishly paid salaries to the superior services officials and increase in the nominally paid employees. And ban be imposed or be highly taxed the luxurious vehicle, houses, etc (this will fill the gape between the haves & have-nots).• Qualification standard as for as possible in terms of education and character for would be MPs be promulgated more strictly and practicably.• Starting work on Basha Dam as well as Katzara Dam without further delay.It’s my tentative assessment and this does not mean that this is panacea or gospel truth it can be discussed thread-barely and be made better by involving the best brain of the world.
