Its normal for India to break treaties with Pakistan when it thinks it has the upper hand. The building of dams and limiting the water supply to Pakistan is against the Indus Basin Water Treaty. But will India care? Nope. The population figures are horrendous. They face a worse food security crisis than us.

Maybe this is the very reason the brahmin led country is working on the total destruction of the region… they are not dumb to not to know that where the situation is heading…
