Seems like taking the cover of heavy rains and limited floods, indians and afghans released enormous amounts of water to flood Pakistan. ANP zindabad for its role in making them successful.

It can be a possibility indeed but I think the biggest floods came from the Kabul River which could not be influenced by India because the river starts off in Chitral as the Kunar/Chitral river and then flows into the Kunar province of Afghanistan and empties into the Kabul River east of jalalabad flowing east into Pakistan. Back in Pakistan the river is fed by the Panjkora and Swat River, which would have already combined further north. Rains have been heavy around the Swat area which would have added to the water.
Added to that snowfall has been very heavy during the last winter which tends to melt in summer months.
I dont think its correct personally that an Indian company should run the Kabul River Dam in Afghanistan. They can never be independent, neutral or sensitive to Pakistani interests.

There are a number of dams in Afghanistan. In particular, hindus and their afghan allies probably used the Afghan Sarobi dam on Kabul River.

Yes but they are not located in a manner where only Pakistan would be affected. The Dam would have to be right on the border of Pakistan and Afghanistan on the river Kabul. And there are no dams there.
And yes there has been flooding in Afghanistan. Nobody has been reporting it.

Personally I believe that the 90% of blame lies on us, the pakistanis because it was our job to construct dams and try to foresee this. However, I can't understand why the mere mention that india might be involved is causing such heartache. After all india has been gnawing at Pakistan like a vulture ever since its inception.
