The Impact of Indian T.V dramas

Re: The Impact of Indian T.V dramas

And who said all human are supposed to be so intelligent that they all will believe one God at one time? Until closer to the end of world when righteous people will be persecuted by evil doers…and those will be defeated by masayah!

Re: The Impact of Indian T.V dramas

yo shahzad76, i think u bring up a great point.
n i apreciate ur thinking cause it is extreamly rite.
i have the same thinking like u, thats y i try to avoid indian movies, indian dramas an any indian music.
it is so wrong that v guys act like hipocrates, like talking crap bout kafirs all the time n then go do there things.
even if u c our weddings r now jus like hindus 2, cause an islamic wedding has only a nikha n a walima, no barat , dancing , mendhi an all that crap.
last winter i went to a mendhi in faisalabad, n over that they had a malad setup. i mean an elderly man with his crew was there singing naats, n for some reason all the crowd was throughing money on him like he was a nachne wali.
it hurt me so much watching that, where all the muslim world is going now.
this is wrong and v being the young generation have to fix it, cause if v dont then i dont think so that the next generation would have a pure religion left or not?

Re: The Impact of Indian T.V dramas

This brings a great point. Muslims have adopted many customs over the years which are not part of their religeon but they are not part of any religeon either.
The rule is if somehing is clearly in other religeon with connotation of non-islamic one should not adopt. On other hand any act of happiness which has nothing to do with any other religeon and not in direct conflict with islamic teaching may be OK.

What is described in your post smokingcoo is not that common but should not happen.

Now, the thread was originally for Indian TV dramas and it clearly has relation to hindu religeon and against islamic teaching, since without you even anticipating, religeous acts are spread. Moreover, social and cultural acts for example touching a woman’s (or man’s) feet and bowing is also shown and that is without any doubt non-islamic.
Mother has a special and great place in Islam and it is (figuratively) said that she has heaven under her feet but nowhere it is allowed to bow to a human or touch human feet.

P.S. I had to add (figuratively) in my last sentence since I know there are some on this site who did not get formal schooling and will not understand the concept.

It is very good to know that atleast some people take the pain to educate the uneducated...

And these people are so proud of the formal schooling that they attended...
Only pity is that they attended the madrassah !!!

Re: The Impact of Indian T.V dramas

^ you just praised madrassah(s)
Thanks for admiting.
