The IDP problem

Finally the NWA operations has started, out of their total population of 7 lacs, almost half of it has been displaced due to the war. Whose responsibility is it to look after them now? The other three provinces seem to be looking the other way, so will kpk have to deal with them with minimal support from the federation? The way we deal with this problem will have a bearing on the whole operations.

Re: The IDP problem

^ when PM asked for support , wht did he meant??? and every Party said we support, ppp said we are the first one to support operation and they are the first one to refused IDPs. even the posters from Sindh here agree k IDPs should not come to Sindh. I am looking for donations reliable one where we can donate and help IDPs.

Re: The IDP problem

Ramadan is coming, we need to give zakat as well. If you find a reliable account where we can deposit donations please share.

every one wanted operations but no one wants to share the burden.

Re: The IDP problem

It is humanitarian crisis, managing these people is not an easy task.. I mentioned about it in another thread where I said so far no political party is paying attention to this...

Let us say, govt is evil, nothing good will come out of it...they will never ever help IDPs, they will snatch everything from them...

So let us come down it the great Shk Rasheed and Pervaiz Ellahi, both are dying and loosing weight while thinking of these IDPs... What are they planning to do or are doing about them.

What about TUQ the "Nijaat-e-Dahinda" of Pakistani nation... Minhaj ul Quran, who collects millions if not billions in form of Chanda, what are they doing or planning to do about them...

Yes they are busy in creating unrest...

I hope Pervaiz Khatak govt do support them and really hope Punjab govt do whatever it can to give as many facilities to these people...specially during Ramadan times..

Moreover govts both fed and prov. cannot do it alone, people of Pakistan both local and abroad have to come to help their brothers in desperate times

Re: The IDP problem

I am checking twitter you know anchors reham khan and shahid masood, they were saying they were share the details, will let you know if I find any reliable source.

Re: The IDP problem

Yes DV, please post the details.

The wuss of a government run by bunch of self serving pansies was quick to call every measure to deal with TuQ, did they bother showing the same speed, interest and systematic approach to deal with IDPs? If the government were genuinely helping the people of Pakistan in the time of crises, no way charlatans like TuQ would've got the attention they're getting right now. The government fully deserves whatever humiliation and embarrassment its facing and may their sleepless night never end.

It's pathetic that those who were shouting about operations the loudest now want nothing do with IDP's and their problems. Wasn't IDP issue one of the main reasons behind not actively pursuing military operations.

KPK government and the army are the only two entities actively looking after the IDPs, but when it'll come to political point scoring and mudslinging, other Godforsaken parties and their obnoxious supporters will constantly ridicule and attack KPK for having social disorder, population crises, poverty, crime and lack of opportunities, and basically just being war torn. They're happily compare KPK with their oh so stable, prosperous happy province being rules by 30-40 years by a single family.

In the eyes of operation loving Pakistanis, KPK's war-torn reality by fate will become her biggest crime. The province will get the kick for being down from every corner.

But InshAllah KPK will rise, and it will fight!

Ali & DA so far these are the only reliable people I have found who are helping idps. They have already successfully delivered some stuff on Friday to help out idps in Bannu.

PTI has also been helping. Imran Khan just recently asked his party members & all “Tabdeeli Razakaars” to come forward & volunteer their time or donate whatever they can to help these people. With so many families displaced every penny/paisa counts.

The only thing is if you were to donate through PTI, make sure you specify that the money is not meant for party funding or any other charity SKMH or Namal College but for idps only.

Posting from app so not sure if the link came up right or not. Search for "Pakistan Youth Alliance" on Google & click on the first Facebook link that comes up.

Re: The IDP problem

Ramzaan is just around the corner and I personally think PTI should make a specific account for IDP support, and like always, Imran should personally make an appeal for people for give generously.

Re: The IDP problem

On what basis PPP and PMLN are blocking IDP's from entering their provinces? These IDPs are not even refugees, they're Pakistani citizens. Neither Punjab nor Sindh is private estate of Sharif and Zardari family. So their wholly criminal and absolutely racist move to block IDPs is an abuse of Human Rights and an act totally against the constitution of Pakistan. I hope this matter gets picked up by the UN and we see an absolute blasting of these racists and spineless jackals on international media.

FATA falls under Federal Government's domain, and exactly what structural flow of assistance have they put in place to help the IDPs?

I really hope and pray that this is the last military operation Pakistan witness and we get rid of the Taliban menace once and for all. Time and time again we have seen that it's easy for every bloody Tom, Dick and Harry to take on twitter and blogs to advocate war, but even it comes to dealing with the ruins of war, people lose their voice, sight and all senses to acknowledge and do something about the consequent human suffering.

Wars can make or break nations and leaders, looking at Pakistan's history, it's obvious which particular end the country tends to swing.

Re: The IDP problem

^ You guys are forgetting the stranded Pakistanis in Bangladesh, no province is ready to accept them either, so you can expect anything from these sh!tty criminals.

Re: The IDP problem

Ok this is wht i found.army set up 3 camps in pindi race course ground, scheme 3,jinnah patk. You can go there n donate also.

Re: The IDP problem

It looks like government made no plans for arrival of IDPs. Was federal government not expecting it? FATA is federal domain so it was the duty of federal government to think about their accommodation before starting this campaign.

I hope people stop Shabaz the khadim-Prodigal, so that country's money could be spent on well being of those poor folks.

Re: The IDP problem

Good to see ik visiting IDPs n mobilizing his party n youth wing. He has also recorded video message to help IPDs.right now army n kpk gov only working. Army soldiers n officers donated their 1 day pay and are also supplying rashan for one month.good to see polio vaccine given to IDPs

Re: The IDP problem

I don't know if it is legit in Pak, but Big corporations (Private ofcourse) should divert certain % of their profits to the IDP's welfare fund, i.e. some should take up responsibility for health some should take up education and some should take care of housing these IDPs now and later back to their home towns... Malik Riaz as much i dislike the guy would be ready to take part in it, we should encourage the business communities of Lahore, Karachi, Rwp, Faisalabad, Peshawar to step up, they have capability to run and manage these kind of funds.. more over, Jamay-e-Rashidiya of Karachi, Markaz Dawa of Lahore also have hands on experience of providing medical facilities in these times.. not to forget Jamat-e-Islami have its own huge network which is capable of doing wonders.. Edhi and Burni are also there to provide relief..

Re: The IDP problem

please watch the beginning, shahid masood also telling about sources where we can donate

Live With Dr. Shahid Masood

Re: The IDP problem

^^ this would be the last person on earth i would listen or follow advice or lead to donate...

Re: The IDP problem

^ lolz kyun

Haha. Everyone from business groups to most hated political parties should chip in some charity to help the IDPS except the popularly elected majority Federal Government who is technically responsible for the affairs in FATA. Oh my.

That dastardly PM wouldn't waste a second to fly out to Barmuda for some diplomatic photo ops, but he is yet to pay a visit to the IDPs. Maybe Pakistan army hasn't purchased a bullet proof helicopter for the lionhearted PM yet.
