His dimples, cleft in the chin and dark hair make him on top of my leading man list as well. The fact that he can dance is a major turn on. I love the way he can swing a girl around with so much ease. He has a lot of style. (Think Saturday Night Fever, Grease)
Bruce Willis
For his dry wit and sexy bald head which I want to rub.
Jeremy Irons
For his sexy accent and voice.
Ralph Fiennes

Kenneth Branagh
For his artistic abilities and intellect. As far as looks and macho image go, he gets 0/10.

Are we strictly speaking of ideal men in terms of looks? If so, there’s a laundry list of them of different cultures and ethnicities. However, usually “ideal” consists of a combination of looks among other factors as well.
