Well, those US and NATO "invaders" would not have to be in Afghanistan if Taliban were not there waging "fasad" against Muslims.
That's the problem. Our common people still don't realize that US has no interest in staying in Afghanistan, and that it is "Zaliman" Taliban who are the main culprit.

For a jihadi following the Syed Qutb school of thought there is no middle ground: if afghans are munafiq for allying with US and worth killing, so are Pakistanis. In fact Syed Qutb advocated the overthrow of local regimes who had diplomatic relations with the West before expanding the fight outward. This is the same thing the jihadi said in his interview on Geo: kill the traitors within our ranks first, no matter how many have to die.

I think the clerics son is saying that only attack against a combatant or armed force is justified and not the non combatant or civilian.

Civilian toll thus far just does NOT justify the usage of drones. The terrorists must be caught and punished by the state, and the state must utilize all its options but all efforts must be taken to avoid civilian casualties as well.
What was the count...98% civilian deaths compared to 2% terrorists? That's a damn shame.

^except state of pakistan has officially asked US to refrain from using drone for attacking since they cause more civilian loss of life. Having the technology to deal with these drone., the state of pakistan miserably fails to provide its civilians with teh basic right of protection. So while it all chummy to say we brought it upon our selves it is completely insulting to those who are effected by this state directed terrorism.

That count is completely false. It's more close to 98% terrorist killed. Remember drone attacks are more precise than pak army going in and artillery shelling villages.
