We all have very fond memories of the house we spend our early years in. Not all of us are lucky enough to still be living in the same house for long. So heres the idea behind this thread. If you can, draw from memory a rough floor plan of your childhood home. Draw it on paper and scan it, draw it in ms paint, draw it in the most advanced 3d modelling software, whatever you have access to. Mark the areas on the floorplan and tell us why that area was important and what kind of memories you have with it, anything funny you would like to share. If you have pictures, post them and tell us what area of the house they’re of.
I moved around alot as a kid and stayed in quite a few houses. Will upload mine soon as i’m done drawing some.
This is our apartment in Karachi where i spent year 0 to 1 and then 4 to 6 and then 8 to 9 (yes we moved alot). The corridor in front of the house would be my playground where i would run back and forth all day long. This was on the 4th floor of an 8 floor apartment building. It was tiny yes, but at times would house my two parents and us six siblings.
Coming up next our place in Manghopir (outside Karachi) in an officer’s colony where i spent years 6 to 8.
